Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your use of Swap3D. By accessing the site, creating an account, using the dashboard, calling the Developer API, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Service overview

Swap3D provides 3D file conversion and preview tools. Public web conversion is designed for local browser processing where possible. Account, dashboard, billing, and Developer API workflows use backend infrastructure for authentication, queueing, conversion, storage, usage tracking, and subscription management.

3. Accounts and sign-in methods

You are responsible for your account, credentials, sessions, OAuth connections, two-factor authentication settings, and API keys. Keep your account information accurate and protect your credentials. If you believe your account or API key has been compromised, revoke affected sessions or keys and contact support.

4. Files and user content

You retain ownership of the files, models, and materials you upload or process through Swap3D. You grant Swap3D the limited permission needed to process, convert, store temporarily, transmit, and display your files solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to process those files.

5. Local conversion and cloud conversion

Browser-based local conversion runs on your device where supported. Developer API and backend conversion workflows require uploading files to Swap3D infrastructure for asynchronous processing. API source files and completed cloud conversion outputs are temporary and should be downloaded promptly. Swap3D is not a permanent file storage or backup service.

6. Developer API

Developer API access uses API keys and asynchronous conversion jobs. Current API limits include a 100 MB upload limit per file, one file per conversion request, a maximum of 5 active API keys per account, Free plan usage of 100 API conversions per month, and Pro plan usage of 10,000 API conversions per month. Supported source and target formats may change as the service evolves. You may not share, sell, expose, or misuse API keys, and you are responsible for activity performed with your keys.

7. Output retention

Download links and converted outputs expire. Current defaults are short-lived download URLs, Free plan outputs retained for about 24 hours, and Pro plan outputs retained for about 7 days. Temporary API source files may be deleted after processing, final failure, scheduled cleanup, or object-storage lifecycle expiry. We may delete temporary files, expired outputs, failed jobs, logs, or abandoned processing data according to operational cleanup rules.

8. Paid plans, billing, and cancellation

Paid subscriptions are billed through Waffo Pancake unless otherwise stated. The current Pro price shown in the product is USD 19.9 per month. You can cancel an active Pro subscription from the billing dashboard when cancellation is available for your subscription record. Access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current billing period unless required otherwise by applicable law or provider policy.

Taxes, payment method handling, charge authorization, and payment processing are handled by Waffo Pancake or its payment partners. We do not store full card details.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use Swap3D to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, process files you do not have permission to use, upload malicious content, attack or probe systems, interfere with service reliability, bypass limits, resell access without permission, scrape non-public systems, or use the service in a way that harms other users or the platform.

10. Service changes and availability

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact conversion results for every source file, preservation of every material, animation, texture, metadata field, or compatibility with all third-party workflows.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account, file, API key, payment state, or usage pattern creates legal, security, abuse, operational, or billing risk. You may stop using the service at any time. Some records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

Swap3D, the site, product design, software, documentation, logos, and service materials are owned by Swap3D or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership of Swap3D technology or branding. Your files remain yours, subject to the limited processing permission described above.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swap3D is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, conversion errors, expired outputs, business interruption, or substitute services arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Swap3D changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
